In 1992, RA 7227 was enacted conveying stewardship of Camp John Hay to the
    BCDA to facilitate its conversion into the country’s premier ECO-TOURIST
    DESTINATION.  Through Presidential Proclamation No. 420 in 1994, 301.86
    hectares of the 695-hectare Camp was designated as the John Hay Special
    Economic Zone (JHSEZ).

    Since October 7 1996, Camp John Hay  was converted into a privately-run
    resort by Camp John Hay Development Corporation. Its a 50 YEAR long term
    lease between the Camp john Dev't Corporation & the Government thru BCDA (
    Bases Convertion and Development Authority), by October 7, 2046 Camp John
    Hay will be turn-over to BCDA. The Kind of Ownership given to the buyer is
    LIMITED WARRANTY DEED ( LWD) since the property is owned by the
    Philippine Government.

    Its a 247 hectares development that includes world class all weather GOLF
    COURSE, RESIDENTIAL AREAS, CONDOMINIMUM ( MANOR and SUITES
    condotel), TOWN CENTER ( Eco-village), INSFRASTRUCTURE and FOREST
    RESERVE.

    Camp John Hay Dev't Corporation is a consortium where in Fil-Estate
    Management is one of the major player, and the exclusive marketing of the
