In 1997, Atty. Jocelyn P. Estrada took over as president of the company bringing to the position her hands-on style of business leadership and management. In order to address the growing market brought about by the upsurge of the economic activity experienced not only in the country but also in all Asian regions, the company's thrust was expanded to include provision of quality and affordable housing not only within the Metropolitan Manila area but to encompass other metropolitan areas of the country. To assure that the housing component of the company's projects adapt the concept of function, maximum utilization of space and aesthetical value of its design, the architectural firm of GF & Partners, Co. was commissioned to be the architectural consultant for the company's housing project designs. To ascertain adherence to prescribed standards and specifications for the consistency of the quality of housing components and to monitor work accomplishments of its projects, the firm of D.A Abcede & Associates, Construction Managers and Engineers was contracted to act as the company's Project Manager and Works Engineers. To provide a total service package for its clientele, the Fil-Estate Group of Companies, with its extensive marketing network, was designated to be the exclusive marketing agent to sell and market the company's projects.
