1.        Solar Panels – Elements residences is equipped with solar panels which efficiently absorb solar rays converting it
  into electricity photovoltaic method. The power that will be generated by these solar panels will illuminate the Sky
  garden and Hanging garden at night as well as other common areas in the rooftop.
2.        Garden Roofs – These are building rooftops covered with variety of vegetation. This will serve many eco-efficient
  functions such as rainwater absorption, building insulation and will soon have impact on lowering urban air
 temperature. Element’s garden roof will be designed both in the Sky garden and Hanging garden.
3.        Light Emitting Diodes (LED) Lights – This is a lighting technology that will further improve the energy efficiency of
 modern lighting fixtures, it will save up approximately 80% of electricity and has a life span of 5 years w//c is 5 times an
ordinary fluorescent lamp
4.       Rainwater Catchment – This facility provides sustainable specially during rainy season and this re-used and collected
 rainwater irrigates the sky garden and hanging garden and serves as water storage system for building maintenance.
 It also reduces the water that runoff the into cites sewage system; hence, helps prevents floods and helps prevent fast
clogging of drainage and canals.
5.        Smart Controllers – this technology dramatically improves energy efficiency by channeling electricity only when motion
 is detected.  Installed in the common areas of the building which most of the time is unused.
6.        Low floor fixtures – This modifies common household fixtures which substantially lessens yearly water consumption
 of a typical family by an approximately 22,000 galloon. This will be applied not only to toilet fixtures but also to shower
  heads, bidets and kitchen faucet.
7.        Recycling – Elements business center and admin office will also partake in the eco-efficiency of the whole building.
